Our program offers a welcoming environment for adolescents and their families to receive specialized care.

Adolescent Medicine at the Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital offers teens and young adults 12-21 years the highest quality, age-appropriate clinical care. Our board-certified adolescent medicine specialist provides consultations in adolescent gynecology, menstrual disorders, eating disorders, eating disorders and mental health screening.

Our goal is to provide comprehensive health screening and consultation to keep our adolescents healthy with compassionate care and health promoting education. As adolescents take more responsibility for their own health care, they seek understanding and confidentiality. That’s precisely what we provide while remaining committed to fostering communication with parents and families.

Our pediatric outpatient adolescent medicine team is comprised of a board-certified physician. Magnet-award winning nurses, social workers, certified medical assistants and administrate staff who comprise out dedicated children’s hospital team.

Adolescent Medicine Services

We will partner with your pediatrician or primary care physician to provide consultation and treatment for the following services.

Eating disorders:

Adolescent Gynecology:
