Senior Freeze: Property Tax Reimbursement and 2020 Eligibility Requirements
2020 Eligibility Requirements:
*You were age 65 or older on December 31, 2019 or you were receiving Social Security disability payments on December 31, 2019 and also on December 31, 2020;
and
*You live in New Jersey continuously since December 31, 2009 or earlier as either a homeowner or renter;
and
*You owned and lived in your home or leased a site in a mobile home park for a manufactured or mobile home that you owned since December 31, 2016 or earlier
and
*You paid all 2019 property taxes by June 1, 2020 and all 2020 property taxes by June 1, 2021
and
*Your annual income was less than $91,505* in 2019 and less than $92,969 in 2020. With some exceptions, all income must be taken into account, including Social Security, pension, etc.
**Edibility rules, income limits and benefits may be changed by the State budget that will take effect on July, 1, 2021.

The third is my latest site, "LittleShoponMainStreet", which showcases all the unique and independent shops that I have found on my travels throughout and around Manhattan.
I have started two new blog sites for the fire department, one "EngineOneHasbrouck HeightsFireDepartmentnj" for the Hasbrouck Heights Fire Department to discuss what our Engine Company is doing and the other is "BergenCountyFireman'sHomeAssociation" for the Bergen County Fireman's Association, which fire fighters from Bergen County, NJ, go to the Fireman's Home in Boonton, NJ to bring entertainment and cheer to our fellow brother fire fighters quarterly.
